* – The Compline Choir celebrated and acknowledged the 50th anniversary of Ken Peterson’s joining the choir in October 1964. The choir offered special words and prayers of thanksgiving for Ken’s ministry with the choir and the choir was joined by a half-dozen alumni who have sung with Ken over the course of his Compline journey. Ken chose all music for the service and was inducted into Stella Completorii Choro (Star of the Compline Choir)—the first inductee for this austere group. Members of Stella Completorii Choro, through word or deed and longevity, have made substantial contributions to the Compline Choir and its community.
